Lindsay White
With over 2 decades of experience in Customer Success, Lindsay is a seasoned leader with expertise in direct sales and customer success.
Lindsay started her career in technology at OpenTable, helping to bridge the gap between the hospitality and software industries. She has worked for seed funded start-ups and large, publicly traded companies alike, and has managed international teams around the globe. She continued on to become Vice President of Customer Success at EverQuote in Cambridge, MA where she redesigned and restructured the Success department, adding customer segmentation, a full-service Support team, and a Professional Services team.
Using data, analytics, customer insight, and her 20 years of experience, Lindsay leads with a team centric approach. Her favorite place to be is at a table in "the room where it happens," surrounded by different ideas and points of view.
Lindsay lives in Massachusetts with her daughter and husband, Brad, and works passionately on behalf of charities who seek to end food insecurity and childhood hunger.
